I joined a company and they want to send the AC21 letter and I am asking them not to send and wait for any RFE. But they are adamant.
Can a company's lawyer send a AC21 letter without letting the employee know ? Does the employee have to sign the letter ?

pls help.

My I-140/EAD/ are approved 485 is pending , and I am looking to change job. What steps I need to follow before and after chnage of job
 
You should not and in most circumstance can't change jobs with 140 pending. What if employer withdraws 140 or RFE on 140 or rejection of 140.

You will need to sign-off authorizing attorney representation.
Who knows, the company sending the AC21 letter may speed up your approval without RFE...
