AC21 help needed

Hi ,
My 140 has been approved and its more than a year since I filed 485.I want to use AC21 and move from Michigan to Atlanta.I have the following questions

1>They have given me a job offer letter .The title of the job is "Consultant" where as the title on the labor is"Programmer Analsyt".It is a very big company and they say that they will give me the title and duties as required in the EVL but cannot change it in the offer letter.Is this ok?Do you need to file offer letter as a part of AC21 documentation or you just need to file the EVL?

2>I will be moving to Atlanta.Is there a problem with using AC21 if it is a different geographical location?Will there be a problem with my case with the papers moving from NSC to TSC?

3>Just to be safe the company has agreed and wants me to transfer H1B visa and not use EAD.Is this ok?

4> What are all the documents required to file AC21?

You just need the EVL, but even if you use the offer letter, so long as the duties are the same then the title change shouldn't be too crazy. I went from Consultant to Programmer/Analyst.

No, and the file will not be moved to TSC.

I am planning to use AC21 my job title on the Labor application is "Programmer Analyst" wheras the new job offer has the title "Sr. Technology Development Specialist" with 35%+ raise in salary. Is this going to be big problem.... Its a hugh company and to ask someone to change the title is not gonna happen... Do you think my job title can be a problem??? Please advice.
 
AC21 Question

Hi Gurus,

This is a wonderful form with tons of information. I have been a silent reader.

Have sent in the AC21 along with the required docs as described in the thread to VSC in the month of Feb' 15th 2005. Till now there is no LUD indicating that the case has been updated. But have the confirmation email from Fedex that that package is received.

Any one who has applied for AC21, not changing the status is it normal or will the LUD be changed.

Please advice me as it drives me crazy.

GCDream,I asked my lawyer ,job title is not a problem ,job description should be similar.Also surprsingly he told me to go for EAD rather than H1B.To quote him"H1B does more harm than good",I don't know what he means....but I am taking his advise ,I guess its a calculated risk ,so I am going for it.

Based on TheRealCanadian's reply to your query, i believe once i get in this company , i will somehow have to convince the HR manager or my ProjectManager to give me an EVL with job description matching that of an programmer/analyst.
As i don't have a copy of form EA-750 (Labor application) that i have seen people refer to on AC21 thread. The Labor application pages (Form ETA 9035) i have mentions Job Title: Programmer-Analyst, Occupation Code = 030 and my base salary... there is no job description....
However, there is a separate letter (not any INS form) addressed to INS that mentions my job at a very high level as coding computer languages, analysis, testing..etc
How did you have your job description?.. Form name..?? please let me know.
