AC21 Contract employee - RFE to respond -URGENT

I used AC21 to change my employer one month ago from now. I am on I-485 pending more than one year, I-140 approved. Me previous employer will be informing USCIS regarding my resignation. My present job has the same title and job description but it is a contract employment(means I will be working with them as long as I have this project at my client place). I got a very good offer on this contract W2 and I am not a full time employee. But my present employer is willing to give me letter mentioning me as full time employee. But the pay stub shows that I am in 'Contract Pay group' and 'Contract employee'. My employer told me that there is no way he can change this group and position on the pay stub. Surprisingly I got a RFE today requesting offer letter and pay stubs. I was totally surpised by this RFE as my receipt date for I-485 is 03/03 in CSC.

Will there be any problem if I submit this new pay stub(with contract thing) and the letter from my present employer. This current contract has no end date and will continue will I have this project at the client place. This is very urgent as I want to respond to this RFE ASAP.

Any help in this regard will be apprciated.

Even though your current job maybe contract as long as you get a letter stating the future job would be a permanent job- that would be fine.

Please explain me more about this future job. Are you telling me that I should get a letter from other employer for my future job? What will happen if I just send my present company's letter and the pay stubs? My present contract has no end date and it is like 40 hours a week. How different it would be with a permanent job?

Please reply me ASAP.

If you have this assurance then it should be pkay as long as the current employer saya that he will give you a full time employment in the future once your 485 is apporved. That is the main thing. Your current position does not matter.

Question:

If you manage to get letter from current employer but the salary is
much lower than what was filed during LC, will this be an issue?

Has anyone heard any cases like that being an issue?

Earlier it was $60k (full time/W-2) and current salary is in $30(Contract/W-2)

------- LC salary is only supposed to be after GC approval. AC21 August Memo does not say anything about salary
