This post is for a very dear friend of mine.
He filed his 140-485 Concurrent filing in June 2004 and got his 140 approved in Jan 2005. He wants to start his own company as he has lots of clients and very good prospects. This friend of mine is very good in getting clients and work. Is this a problem, Ginnu and other experts, please respond.
I know that the worst thing you can get is an RFE for the following
Last 2 years W2(which I can get from previous company)
Last 4 payslips(which I dont think it shud be a problem since he owns the company)
Employment letter with pay and job details(which I dont think it shud be a problem since he owns the company and also its the same work he is doing)
Other docs......
Do you think this is a problem? I mean instead of working for somebody, its better he can work for his own company, have more money and also what better thing than working for yourself.
I know you can move to a new company on AC21 provided the same salary and same job description based on AC21(which I did) but starting your company is something I would like to know.
Do you see any issues here or Should he wait for the Green card to come and then do this later.
Any comments/suggestions welcome. Thanks in Advance.
