AC21 and spouse

Hi!
My wife works on EAD. I've my I-485 filed for past 1 yr. with VSC.
If I were to get laid off; Can my wife still continue to work on EAD..while I find another job?

absolutely.
is your 140 approved - then you're pretty solid going forward if so, otherwise you may be in the grey zone for a while...try to convince your company not to cancel or withdraw your 140 petition.

----------- If I-140 approved AND I-485 pending more than 180 days then employer cannot Revoke I-140, you are safe and can join new employer and use AC21. No impact on spouse EAD just send EAD renewal application always5- 6 months advance so that she gets new EAD before the current EAD expire
