AC21 - Address

To your service center where your I-485 is pending and also attach your I-485 filing receipt copy with Intent change letter from you and future job offer letter from new employer to use AC21
** if you have changed the address then also write the new address, if filing through lawyer also fill up G28 so that your new lawyer receives the response to your I-485 if USCIS has to send any RFE or inquiry in future

How do we know that these AC21 will fall into the right place? (recently, I was told that my file has been assigned to an officer)

Your help is needed. You filed AC21 through your attorney. I would like to know the list of supporting documents that you attached. Also, could you post the sample letter that your attorney prepared for the benfit of folks here? (you can take out your name, address, company etc.)
