AC-21 (I-140 Approved ,I-485 Pending > 180 Days)

I am in Big Confusion can someone pls help

My I-140 is Approved and I-485 is Pending more then 180 Days.Now i am getting a offer from New Employer.Even i have EAD new employer want to transfer My H1 and Green card (AC-21)to his company in order for me to work for him.

Now my question is if this new employer Transfer my H1 and also Green Card process (AC-21) to his comapny and after say 1yr or 6 months he lay me off will my Green card (I-485) will get approved or green card process will terminate and i will be out of status.

Pls advice .I will be very thankful to you guys.

-------------------you are eligible for AC21 if you get new job with same/similar job duties
Now i am getting a offer from New Employer.Even i have EAD new employer want to transfer My H1 and Green card (AC-21)to his company in order for me to work for him.
--------------------Let him file for H1 transfer and once you get the H1 Transfer filing receipt you can join him and better remain on H1 status. He can’t transfer your green Card, by giving you a permanent job offer letter with same/similar job duties he is only supporting you for your Green Card as your I-485 cant be approved if you don’t have permanent job offer at the time of I-485 approval

------------------ better remain on H1 status and if he lays off and still your I-485 is pending you can join new employer and can again invoke AC21 with new employer letter. even if you dont use EAD AP better keep them valid for any emergency use.
