AC 21 and Part time job (20 hr/week)

Is AC 21 with a part time job (20 hr/week; exactly same job description and pay rate) okay?

I have spoken with many attorneys and have gotten mixed responses. Some say it is fine, however most of them say it is aleast good to have a full time future job offer.

Please share your suggestions and/or experiences.

full time future permanent job offer with same/similar job duties. at the time of I-485 approval one needs full time job offer. better you find full time job
