about LC: h1b consultant moving to new state for project ?

hi, if a h1b consultant is working in US State A and after completion of project, he gets the new project in state B.

in such case, does the employer need to get new LC for State B before the start of work ?

i have heard, the new LC can be obtained anytime within 6 month of working in state B.

any idea ?

Dont mix LC with LCA. LC is filed for GC and LCA is for H1. If moving from work Location A to B then your employer may need to get LCA for new Location. You should contact your Company lawyer for more info.

---YES one can get LCA for new Location in 3-7 days. Ask your employer or lawyer to get new LCA for new location.
