About H1 Transfer

I am working fulltime for a company A and A filed for my H1. My H1 started on October 1st 2006. Now I have another offer from company B and the start date here is Nov 10th. So, I would barely have 2-3 pay checks from company A after I start my H1. So, would there be any problem if I transfer from A to B with just 2-3 paychecks from A after my H1 started ??? Thank You

--------- if you have recent 2-3 paychecks then not a problem. join only once new employers H1 transfer petition reach the USCIS or you get the filing reciept
