about 1485

Hi
i am sending that Question with hope that some body will reply me in detail.

My family apply for I-130 last year and i also got RD is 12/26/01
my question is that ( i am here on h1)

1) How long it will take to approve( its in TSC)
2) and After Approval of I-130 do i can apply immediately for i-485/1765 or i have to wait for visa #.
3) and final Question how long all this proccess take till GC

Please some body reply in little bit in detail

2.You can appl;y for 485/765 immediately. EAD will come immediately... approval based on RD...
