A trick to file I-485 without your I-140 sponsoring employer

you Can file I-485 if you have Copy of I-140 filing reciept Or Copy of I-140 approval. once I-485 pending hit the 180 days then send new employer job offer letter to invoke AC21. I know about 2-3 cases and all got approved in 2005(they had sent me PM)
