A question about GC??

Hello all Experts in This forum,

I have a question like if any case our application for GC is rejected and on EAD then what happens????Meaning using the EAD and after an year GC got rejected then what is our status???

1.Will INS accept us to have another H1 processed once our GC is rejected or should we need to leave the country immedialy.

Any one has any idea about this......

** You should leave US immediately if I-485 is denied, but if you were maintaining your H1B status while I-485 was pending then your H1b status will save you from leaving US if H1B maintained and was working on H1 status while I-485 was pending, if working on EAD and I-485 denied you have to leave.

*** You should leave the country and your employer can sponsor NEW H1B and wait out of US for New H1b to be approved then get the approval and H1b stamp in your passport and can come again to US.
