A.P does the lawyer recieves them or it will come to ur home address

Hey friends,
A question for u all experts over here , I was approved for my A.P last week and i am leaving to india in two weeks but the problem is my lawyer says that i will recieve the papers to my home address since the original receipts were came to home address but i heard in the forum that the A.P documents will go to lawyers place , plz do let me know as i have to send my paper work for transit visa also .

AP and EAD documents are sent to the petitioner (you).

Our APs went to Attorney

Our APs went to Attorney and EADs came directly to us.

for G28 is the key

If u have submitted form G28 with ur. AP application, it will go to the attorney mentioned in G28, if not it will come to ur. home.

Yes even in my case the EAD's came home but the AP's went to the Attorney

Generally :

EAD comes to you ( Home address )

AP is sent to your Attorney ( in case you have one !)

If submitted with G28 - AP goes to attorney .... Otherwise comes at your home ...
