I have a question about Part 3. Information about this person you are filing for in the form of I-129.

A number (if any)?

I filed I-485 in 2000 and it was denied in 2002. Do I still have to provide this A number?

I filed 1-130 in 2001 and it was approved in 2004. I think I need to fill this A number of 130 in the block, am I right?

Do I need to provide all the A numbers I had before? No matter they are denied or current?

Thanks a lot.

Should have 1 only? ? If you file I-130, you would have an A#? then when you file I-140 later, you got another one, am I right? For each immigration application, you would have an A#.

Just checked, you guys are correct. The A# is the same. It's amazing. I applied in different yr, different states... but with the same I-94, maybe that's why.

So the answer of my question is clear -- just fill in the A#.

I'm still a little bit sweating now (actually have been for a few yrs), hope the A# won't inferfere my TN application.
