I have two questions>
1. I got a parking ticket in 2007.Do I need to tell this to the IO during my N400 interview (at NYC)
2. What questions , New or Old are being asked in NYC these days?
Thanks

If the IO specialy asks about citations you can bring up the parking ticket. Otherwise no need to worry about it.

If you're referring to civic questions, it depends on if you filed before October 1st 2008.

Unless the parking ticket was written directly to you (not your vehicle, which is the way it's usually done in NYC), don't mention it at all. As far as questions are concerned, since you applied before October 1, 2008, you'll be given a choice of taking either the old or the new test.

That is completely correct. One thing I did overhear IO's that I did not mention about in my interview posting was the selective service question, for those who, of course, the question applies, if you were here between the age of 18 to 26 in any status other than a legal non-immigrant.-
