90 visa expired and no medical

Hey folks,
any and all help appreciated. My 90 waiver is now expired and nearly have all the docs sorted except the medical, can i send this later, or do i need to send it with my packet (I-485, I-130 etc)? I have half the medical done already down south but am getting my vaccines in DC so this is causing a delay in getting my doctor down south to receive confirmation of vaccines and then post completed medical form up to me.
Im kind of freaking out here because my wife and i really wanted to get this submitted before my I-94 expired, the thought of being illegal scares the hell out of me

Even if you are late by a few days, you should be fine as long as the decision to AOS was a spur of the moment decision. Just do not go beyond 180 days after your I-94W expires. You then lose the privilege of international travel while your AOS is being processed.
