90 Day Rule

Hi Guys,

I have got my Green card in Sept 2008, so I assume that I can file in June 2013 after 4 years and 9 months being on Green Card.

There is a question in the form N400 asking: (Part 2)

I have been a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States for at least five years.

I need to select this this as my eligibility on the other hand at the time of signature I have been in US only for 4 years and 9 months.

Please help

That's fine - that's the basis you're filing on, just 90 days early as allowed.
