8 Days since RFE was received. Still no sign of

those magic words. I saw some postings where approval was made within 7 days after RFE was recieved. What about TSC? Is there a TSC imcompetancy factor I need to multiply with 7 days? How about 3 weeks? any rfe folks here?
 
Highly unlikely in 8 days at TSC

My RFE took 40 days (I140) phase, which was similar to many others. You may need another 20-30 days. I hoep it is faster than that for you.
 
ND March 13 2001 : FP Feb 9 2002 : RFE received by ins on 03/18/2002

I am not expecting miracles. I just read some postings by other members here. Not sure which region they are from. There were few that said they received approval
 
my response to RFE ( for 485)was recd by TSC on 15th feb... still waiting for approval..

 
 
Please inform here if anybody\'s RFE is cleared.

So that others get a rough idea about how much time it is taking for TSC RFEs to be cleared.
 
Reason for RFE :Vaccinations not completed before due to pregnancy

Now we have completed them and sent the results across to INS.

It\'s now two months since TSC got the reply to the RFE! Still no luck!

They acknowledge receipt of RFE reply on Feb 12th, 2002 on their AVM.
How much longer should I wait?
Anybody got lucky yet?
 
Beats me man. I am surprised to hear your case still pending.

I think cases are grouped together and assigned to one officer. Its a matter of luck on who you end up with. Perhaps you should consider giving IIO a call.

Tsceb2when what is your ND.I have seen that if ND is in 2000 then
it is taking longer.But if ND is in 2001,2002 then its faster...
