8 Days since RFE was received. Still no sign of

SDKAGC! How long should we wait?

Is it time to talk or send a FAX enquiry to TSC or should we wait for a few more weeks.

My wife\'s case is still pending ( every thing same for my wife except the rfe)

I have just left it at the grace of GOD .. whenever HE wants I will have it.. This is a focking center and I don\'t want to make myself desperate..

I checked AVM last night at about 9:30. Heard: "This case has been approved". I checked my wife\'s case, also approved. At the same time I opened my PC and connected to this site trying to post a message, it didn\'t work. I am trying now, hope everybody can see it.

I started my GC application from November 1997, didn\'t use RIR. EB2/China. Took 2.5years to get Labor.

After finger printing, the AVM message keep saying "On Dec. 19, your finger print has been collected, pending for review....", until it changed to "This case has been approved..".

sdkagc....asked my lawyer for FAX no.

He said sorry, that number is not for you, it is for lawyers to send queries to INS (some AILA shit).
So if you have a lawyer, ask him to do the same, heard there is faster response that way.
 
APPROVED...... Heard it on AVM on weekend....

Hope I am lucky too.Your RFE response date is vey close to my wife\'s so maybe they are in the same batch.
