I m working for company X and don't have labor filed through my current copmany X, I have applied for labor through another employer ( future) company Y.
Can I continue working for company X till last month of my H1 6 year limit which is 03/04 and Apply for 7 th year extension in last month of 6 year limit through company Y (once labor is pending for 365 days thru them ) and show company X recent pay stubs as proof to being in Status. Any issues with this ?
