update of my case Oct2002 (ND)

I just saw LUD change to following message:
On July 2, 2003 the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.
I did FP on June 2004. I dodnt know from where they are taking 2003 I am certain message says 2003.
However my dependent is still same.

July-Aug -04 Trend.."Months Waiting vs. % Approval"

As per Happyvoda's data, July-Aug trend is that, about 2/3 of the approvals are done by 24 months waiting; 1/2 by 23 months waiting and 1/3 by 22 months.

Month's waiting; -- June-04, -- July-04, -- Aug-04--
24------ -------- 52.6% ------ 66.02%------ 67.4%
23------ -------- 44.21%------ 53.4%------ 50.5%
22 -------------- 30.5%------ 34.0% ------ 30.5%
21 -------- ------ 17.9% ------ 13.6%------ 12.6%
20 -------- ------ 6.3% ------ 4.8% ------ 3.2%

6 today so far, and I think this is it for the week, because of the long weekend.

7 now.

Hold on, I believe more approvals will come out. As my post on 8/31 said there were 4 approvals for that day, but finally it turned out to be 8+.

Yeah, well my LUD didn't change. Usually it changes before you get approved. But then you never know. 8+ sounds good!

npnjan02 - my LUD changed after FP2 (7/26) on 8/2 and it didn't change until the approval (8/30).

Happyvoda, did your email say "... on Aug 29 an approval notice was mailed..." or you got the message on the 31st that the notice was mailed on 30th?

I got the approval email on 8/31 5:33pm. There was no LUD changes between 8/2 and 8/31 - I'm sure about this since I checked my status on 8/31 4 pm and there was no change at that time.

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On August 30, 2004, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

Ok, this is what I thought - they make sure they update their internal systems first, mail out the notice and then update the online message the next day.
