6th year extn with diff employer

I am working with ' X ' Company.But my Green card process going on with 'Y' Employer.

1.Can i extend my 7th year extn with 'X' Company. with out labor approval but more than 365 days pending.

2.If i do the above any risks Invloved in this process.

Please provide some info ASAP.

7th year H1B extension can be filed for Company 'X' using pending labor filed by company 'Y'
 
I'm in same situation.

My GC is with company 'A'. ( I140 approved )

Am currently working for company 'B'. 6 years
are getting over next month.

Can i file my 7th yr extn. thru my current company
or should it be with the GC-processing company ?

Is Premium processing advantageous in this case ?
