5th EAD renewal approved, but Email not received

From the online case status w.r.t to the 765 applicaiton
on 10/26 I got a LUD and change on status message to "this application has been approved"
on 10/27 I got a LUD and change on status message to "card production ordered"
on 10/28 (sunday) just LUD

I havent received emails yet, normally I used to receive emails, but this time I haven't received.

I am also waiting for the physical EAD card.

My AP and GC approved and every one in my family got RFE without email. Every thing screwed up in the immigration. The important is the card not the email. congratulation

10/26 "this application has been approved"
10/27 "card production ordered"
11/02 "apprval notice sent"
11/05 received the EAD card
