Is check cashed before or after ND?

Hi, can any one tell me when the check is cashed? I noticed that people actually got their NDs a week after real NDs. is check cashed before ND, or between ND and the actual date lawyers received ND?

My case was submited on 5/17, still check is not cashed yet, really frustrating.

Thanks in advance.
 
Got receipts

My lawyer just told me that they got my receipts....Applied on 5/15/01. RD is 05/18 and ND is 07/18. WAC 01-236-xxxxx.

sent on 05/15/01 and lawyer told me he received the notice today (07/26/01)

Yup, got my receipt notices too (well, my lawyer did, at least).

Not sure of the RD, but I imagine it\'s 5/18/2001.

ND 7/24/2001 for all 3.

Good luck, everybody! I\'ll keep in touch also with my AP & EAD approvals when they come out...
