Hi All,
Iam new to the forum .
I filed my 485/EAD/AP for my self, wife and two children (ages 10 and 6) at Texas Service Center and our applications were received on 12/28/04, myself and mywife got receipt notices for 485/EAD/AP.
But for children we received rejection notice with two reasons
1) BioMetric fees not necessary (by oversight I have included finger print fee for kids)
2)Kids need to sign on 485 ( As advised by my company , I mentioned in 485 application that "form prepared by father as my kids are minors")
I have resent the applications with new checks and have my kids sign 485 . But texas service center returned the application with a new reason
1) A Visa number is unavailable at the present time
Along with it they enclosed a letter saying that visa application returned because TSC does not process this type of application ,file the application at CIS offices close to your place of residence.
My question : Is it correct on part of INS to reject dependents 485/AP though the primary applicant was issued receipt notice for 485/EAD/AP
How to fix this issue ?
Your suggestions highly appriciated
