485 issue

Hi, I changed my job just 2wks prior to filing 485.(Because my employer couldn\'t get a job). But, the company didn\'t fire me, nor I resigned. in the mean time my company lawyer went ahead and filed my 485.cany anybody tell me now what will happen? Thanks

depends on company

If company decides it can send a withdrawal of i140 notice to INS. If they do, you will get a RFE from INS.
If not, your 485 is likely to be approved. You might have to join them after GC approval.

Will your employer stand by you? Are they able to show they are in good financial health? will they re-hire you? Is it like you are on un-paid leave?

Depends on all this plus the office plus the INS plus the stars.......
