My wife's case is still pending, atleast it shows pending, although our cases were filed together, and we also did FP1 and FP2 at the same time.

May be it is approved and only website is not updated?????

It probably isn't approved yet but don't worry -- this can and does happen. Assuming you are the primary, there shouldn't be any problem -- some derivative cases aren't approved until several months later.

There is a *slight* chance of being approved without seeing an update on the website -- this has happened to a number of people. In that case, the approval notice should show up soon but my bet is that your wife isn't approved yet.
