Finally our 485s got approved on Feb 10, 2004.

AD - Feb 10, 2004

It's been a long road, but is not gonna end here. I'm going to continue my support and participation for the law-suit and petition etc...


Rajiv needs more plaintiffs, please volunteer and maybe your cases will get approved too like other plaintiffs.

Congratulations. Well it may feel like winning a lottery but its not fluke, you deserved it very much . I admire you for your perseverance and thank you for hard work toward the greater good of the people in the same situation.
 
We signed the law suite 1.5 weeks back and got approved on Feb 9th.

Did you receive the approval notice. Our case is approved on Feb 9th, not yet received the notice.
