3 Year Indian Degree

There are evaluation agencies that evaluate the 3 year Indian degree (like the 3 year UK degree) as equivalent to the US bachelor's degree. Does anyone know if these are acceptable to the INS? I don't want an answer from the firms - but rather from someone with experience.

The labor certs have to be drafted differently (and almost always EB3). That is all.
