Hello, I am stuck in a mental problem.. i am on L1 visa from last 1 year and right now my employer wants to sponsor for H1 visa here. Everything is fine.. but i have a 3 year degree from Madras University (BCA) and i have few computer courses done in india. I don't know whether i will be eligible for a H1 visa here.. and one reason why i am 50-50 in my mindset is i have a solid work experience for nearly 10 years in IT field. Do i have a good chance to get a H1 visa and if no how can i become eligible ?? I am planning to get Oracle Certification in USA till i am here.. and i think i will be here for another 1 year. So can anyone guide me or help me. Your guidance and suggestion, advice will be deeply appreciated. Thanks in advance.

--- With degree and all other certificates/diplomas get educational evaluation from good evaluation company. I think in NYC is very good Evaluation Company I don’t remember the correct name I hope it is TRUSTFOTRE

I'm not an expert educational evaluator but in my opinion, you will have no problems since you have significant experience. Have an evalution done based on your education and experience.
BTW, if you later apply for a GC - BE CAREFUL. The LC must specifically state that experience will be accepted in lieu of the required Bachelor's degree.
