Does any one clarify the provision of 245 k

in the recently issued training material by bcis and published

in Rajeev khanna's website under news flash

Does that mean anyone with prescribed qualifications can file the

adjustment of status ie 485

to regularise without I140 approval

probably i have not undersood


please clarify
