You should consult a lawyer about this because both unlawful voting in a federal election and false claim to US citizenship (which you needed in order to register to vote) can lead to jail time.
Voting is a SERIOUS offence as a non-citizen. You have past 5 years from that time, but I would search this forum and probably consult a good immigration lawyer.
