2014 dream team

Can someone just clarify for me, the next VB is the second last one right. Then in July we will have one more and that will be it? I thought I read somewhere that in July they release the last VB then a week later something else comes out but I cant remember what that is.

Yup !
So within 10 days will have august vb.
And after an other month will be the final.

It seems like a bazillion years away, for me there is around 700 cns between home and America.... so I am wait wait waiting.

I think there was one as high as 2300 which is a good sign so far. I guess it depends on where the cut off is for this year.

Phew - finally here (had to wade through the 70 pages of 2014 OC post in the old forum first).

Hoping for BIG number in a week and a bit - at 21XX I'm still holding out hope for an Aug/Sept current.

Ooooook! I have a question and have NO IDEA where to put it, so here it is:
I'm hoping to get an interview and I would like to have all my documents ready for the big day. I have a doubt about the proof of support: We have (together) over $20000 in a USA bank account (me, hubby and toddler girl). We also have some properties and assets that we will sell before we hit the States.
But I don't want to go to the interview so tight. I also (I'm the main applicant) have the chance to get a job offer letter from a company there, but I'm not sure if it will be easy for them to "notarize it". Do you think I can take the job offer to the interview without passing it through notary? What does the letter needs to include? Is there a format or something?
Thanks!

You don't need to notarize it. The public charge test is somewhat informal - it is how the CO perceives your ability to support yourself, so even if you did not have the FPL amounts available they could still approve you based on their belief that you can make it (due to highly sought after skills, your personal presentation, and so on). So - whilst we treat this as black and white (to be safe) it is really about the picture you paint to the CO and the employment letter strengthens that overall picture, notarized or not.
