2005 Consolidated Tracker (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Your 485 should be pending for more than 180 days and 140 apporved to switch jobes.

Can you please advise me in the following situation:
I filed for I-140 and I-485 concurrently on March 29 2005. My I-140 is approved and I haven't completed 180 days since filing of I-485. Am I eligible to switch the employers at this point? If eligible, what are the risks involved in it?
I would really appreciate if you could provide me with any suggestions.

Any approval from May/June 140 filers besides this.

Rajguru --> EB3--> ND--> 5/17-->approved--> 6/27--> 41 days
Kantha --> EB2--> ND--> 5/10-->approved--> 6/27--> 48 days
Bigmouth --> ??--> ND--> 4/25-->approved--> 7/5--> 63 days


Mine is 58 days now and still counting .....looks like VSC taking good time off due to Summer

Got the fingerprint notice and done before EAD and AP approved.

FP done on 6/10/2005. Got finger print notice within 20 days from notice date of i140/485.

I just mailed my application for I140/ I485, EAD, Ap all today, will be recd by them tomorrow. When do you think, I will receive the ND, FP notice etc.

Dear Friends,

I am new to this forum, I have noticed so many concerns about FP,EAD,AP etc .....I am very amused since I was in the same boat 10months ago. All I want to say is that FP,EAD.AP ,485 all these dates are trivial ...... This is from my personal experience , once 140 is cleared we are very close to getting our Green Card with no hurdles ,I applied 3 times ad things got stuck just at 140 stage and all the other dependencies like EAD,AP etc..... were cancelled .I hope and pray at least this time I will be successful this time ..... .Congrats to all who got there 140 approvals ... and Best of luck to all who are yet to get it ...

140,485 Notice date is 07/14/05.

What was the reason for getting stuck at 140 for the past 3 times?.
Is it all from same employer or different employer?

My EAD and AP RD is 5/20 and I haven't got is approved yet is this normal?

How long does it take VSC to update the status of I485 after finger prints is done? Can we call VSC and know about that,if so as to which number should we call..

My FP was done in MAY and still there is no LUD change for I485

What about the checks, does your checks get deposited?

They are booth listed in one recipt notice i got yesterday.
ND is right below RD field in the notice.

RD :I guess is the date they open our packet.
ND:I guess is the date they enter our info into the database.

Correct me if iam wrong......

Well ...i think ,if we are getting our receipt notice with notice date in it....it means checks are encashed.
But personally i didnt check ....because our lawyer sent out the checks from there account and they are hard to catch to find out that details about when they are encashed.
