I am regular reader of this portal and I find it very helpful. I am starting this thread as during the labor certification approval, I saw lot of people getting approved with me but I don't see all those people now in I 485 process. Probably some of them cann't apply for I 485 due to retrogression. But those who have applied with me or around sametime I would be pleased to know where exactly they stand today.
Those people who have applied for I485 in year 2005-2006, please provide your information in this thread so we know where we all stand curently and yes only from Texas center. Thanks a lot in advance.
I haven't heard anything about my I 485 since I have applied for it. Is everybody in the same boat as me?

I140/I485, EB2, Worldwide, TSC
RD: 1st week of Jan 2006
I 140 AD:Last week of February 2006
FP:??
I485 AD:??

Thanks guys for the responce this is great information. After seeing your responces I feel those who are in TSC they get Finger Printing Notice after almost 1 month - 3 months of their application to I485.
Some of you guys have got their green card approved in 6 months. Thats great and congratulations to those who finally got their GC.
PLs guys keep this thread updating, we might be able to track whats happening in TSC now that CSC-VSC cases of I485 are also coming to TSC.
I think this will help in increasing the speed of approvals.

Good news and Bad News

Well great responce guys we should keep this link live.
Good News:
Yesterday my spouse who is a primary applicant got a FP notice
Bad News:
I haven't received FP notice.
has anybody gone though same situation. If so , then my question is do those people allow me to do FP on same time if I don't get notice till then.
Pls give a feedback
Also in short, it took us 3 months to get FP notice. So those from TSC who has applied for I485 arround 3 months back should get their FP notice or call up and ask for it.
I will keep you guys updated about what happen to us and yes anybody want to put this information on excel sheet pls go ahead its a good idea. We might see some trend.
 
One more thing

Is it true that when you get Code 3 appt means you are near to approval? or it is just a myth.

a myth. Some people here did code 3 more than twice. It depends more on a namecheck, PD, ND/RD.
 
Important

I have attached the excel sheet with your information. Looks like everybody should get FP notice in 2-3 months if you apply in TSC for I485.
Those who r visiting new in this thread plaese update you information and post this sheet again.

Concurrent I140/I485/I765 : submitted late January, 2006
I140 AD !!!: late February 06
I765 ADs for dependents: 02/15/06!!
EAD cards for dependents received: late February 06
FP Code 3 notice received: mid March
FP completed: 04/08/06
I485: LUD 04/11/06
I485 AD: ???
