I think I could not open updated list properly or you must have missunderstood when we say updated list.
When I opened your list you kind off cut few people off, I did not understand why. I have updated the list and uploaded it again. Next time kindly just add the information to it, so that we might see a trend and know where we stand.

Do not take this message as a taunt or sarcastic. I want everybody to have full information.

very thoughtful of you to think i might get approved next but remember the first time i called in mid april the tsc lady said name check is pending and one week later when i called tsc again the other lady said the namecheck was done on feb 13. so there's no telling who's right. or both could be wrong. anyway, i dont know where you are in tx but senator kay bailey's dallas office has some lady named carolyne something who helps in finding if name checks are completed and what not. she usually does it for people who have it pending for 2 or more years but if you get too worked up then give here a buzz.

Updated my info. How about we go about updating the file with pd's like i did mine. thanks

I have updated my info!
Called TSC last week one of the lady told, my background check is cleared on same day of FP. Again called yesterday and today they are saying my bakground check is pending. I do not know what's goin on? Whom should I trust.
BTW my PD become current starting of May 06.

If you want to post your information and add a line reminding me to update the file, I will be happy to do so. This way, we won't trample over each other's changes. Surely, there are many people observing this thread and who are in various stages of the process? Let's make this spreadsheet a great resource for one and all!!

Please post your case information and I will update the spreadsheet - I look at this forum at lease once every day:

Here is a template -

Category : India/EB2; World/EB2; India/EB3 etc.
PD (Labor Priority Date) : MM/DD/YYYY
485 RD (TSC Receipt Date) : MM/DD/YYYY
FP (Finger Printing) : MM/DD/YYYY
AD (Approval Date!) : MM/DD/YYYY
EAD (Approval Date) : MM/DD/YYYY
AP (Approval Date) : MM/DD/YYYY
Card Ordered : MM/DD/YYYY
Card Recieved : MM/DD/YYYY

I will add the additional columns if you want to provide your PD, EAD and AP Approval dates!
 
My update

Not much happening except that I got a 4/16/06 LUD on my I140, I765 and I131 that had been approved months earlier. Strange.

Here are my case details for the excel sheet:

I agree with webwesen. That is a more sophisticated spreadsheet - I will update that spreadsheet with any deltas from this spreadsheet - I would request all to bookmark the page just provided by webwesen and paste any updates there - I volunteer to maintain that one...

There're too many disconnected spreadsheets floating around!

Same thing happened to me my LUD changed for I 140 on 03/10/2006 that has approved six months ago.
It is really weired please keep your situation posted and if anyone else has the same situation???

What should I say to you guys.
I cann't belive somebody just copied my spreadsheet and modified it and now you guys are advertising that spreadsheet on the thread started by me hahahahaha.
Well everybody else who visit this thread I thank them for contributing their information in this excell sheet. If VK2003, you don't want to update this sheet, well it was never told to you as you took upon yourself to do it. But no problem, I can update this sheet.
And two of you guys let me just say once and for all, this portal or this thread is not made for competition, its made for information for people like you and me. So if you want to make changes to this excel sheet go ahead and do it. You don't need to copy this excel sheet , modify it, and advertise another thread. For me all these threads are same so if some people are contributing their information in this thread pls don't try to stop them.

After reading this message you guys will be angry and will start fighting with me. If you want to do that pls send me personal messages, don't spoil this thread. This is a request.
 
485 Retro Dates

Fellowes:
In the USCIS visa bulletin for EB2 for India has 01Jan03 for the date for the month of may. I have been under the impression that this means that uscis is processing cases from 01 Jan 03 onwards. Am I correct? or does the 01-Jan-03 date means all cases that have been filed till 01-Jan-03. Thanks

Bobby its the latter, you will be current next month, unless your date is 01/01/03. its not clear from your signature as it says 01/03.
