2004 XL tracker for NSC only!!!

No Updates after 13th?!

The forum is so silent? No updates after May13th? Let me kick start some discussion here.

My friend who applied for concurrent 140/485 on June 2004 (EB2/IL) got his I140 cleared end of March'05 and he received his second FP notice (with Biometric Code 2) to appear at end of May'05. He did his first FP on August'04, it is not even a year since he did his first FP!

What does this mean? Is his case moving fast? Any idea folks?

I am unable to run the tracker, getting worried seeing all these I140's with the RD/ND dates in Deceber 2004 getting approved.

Couple of days back I had told someone no point in fretting , but now I am doing the same. My RD/ND is in October 2004 and still waiting I140 approval....Are there any October 2004 still awaitinkg I140 approvals ..???

Guys, I am from April and with March, 2002 priority date, and still waitting, so take it easy.

I140 processing time

Forgive my ignorance...

from the .xls file, people with RD of 11/04, 12/04 are being approved, but the USCIS website June 1st report shows 12/03 as the RD for I140 for Skilled workers and professionals. So the official website is not accurate at all? Is there a place I can easily track processing time for 140, 485, etc.?
 
Fingerprints

Have been requested for 2nd set of fingerprints - I140 approved in April....waiting on I485. Did they loose the original set??? Anyone have similar problem before?

Got an email from attorney saying that 140 is approved. There were no USCIS status changes indicating 140 approval. Good luck to you all. See you all soon in the 485 forum. :)

:) Don't know what is gooing on but I-485 approved on the 7th!!! :) :) :) Got a request for 2nd fingerprint 2 weeks ago, now this!

Whew !!!! Just got email form USCIS stating my I140 is approved as of 6/8/2005. Thanks to all for your continuous support. Hope everyones approval comes fast :) :) :D

PD is the day your labor was filed. For 140 and 485 it will be blank!
 
I140 Approval

I am long time follower of this site. This is so helpful in tracking the statuses.

My I140 finally got approved.

The RD for my I140 is 04/09/2004.
Category EB2
Approval date : 06/20/2005

485 priority date 04/29/2004
Status: Waiting for approval :(
EAD Second EAD approved on 04/20/2004
2nd Travel documents approved on 04/20/2004
