Labor Filled: March 2002 , Approved: March 2004
140/ 485 Filed: April 2004
140 Approved: 2/10/2005
FP Done: 2/25/2005
485 LUD: 3/7/2005 (Only one LUD with message change – FP Received)

Afterwards no changes to my 485 – Is that normal????

This Forum is Our support for the entire process . Today we go the Mail and online message changed saying that for me and wife card ordered and My son approvel mail .I hope soon card ordered for Him too .

Is your 140 approved ? If not Please ask employer or Lawyer to talk to USCIS , probably they put some kind of hold . also it does not appear your name check is fully completed . I would suggest to call USCIS Emergency number for enquiry

It is always good to submit IRS tax transscipts , But problem is you may not get details for 2004 immedatly. you may get only 2002 and 2003 year . So many people got approvel by merly giving the 1040 HR block copies of it .i would suggest you collect 1040 copy get ready with pack . I would also suggest to call IRS and ask for transacipt for 2003 and 2004 , it may reach you in 7 to 10 days .

But merly 1040 copy is enough , consult your attorny too .

What was the msg on the website. I got mine approved on April 29th, but nothing about mailing me a card etc.

You have mentioned that status query for I-485 can be raised only after 560 Days. What if VSC is Processing cases which is more then 30 Days past your ND?

485-560 days:
This is the initial/general message for everybody when application is filed.
Once PD/FP/CAT/COB come into picture, this does not applicable.
One can expect to hear anything 2weeks - 2years, even beyond (485 is 560 days).
FP means that application is ready to be processed.... (for all cats)
USCIS knows better.

For example:
Applicant1: LC-PD is DEC 2003 (from Iowa), filed I140/485 in JAN 2004
Applicant2: LC-PD is DEC 2001 (from New Jersey), filed I140/485 in JUNE 2004
USCIS will process application of APPLICANT-2, first

i would suggest you wait. uscis seems to be working on cases that have FP date of 3/25. wait around 2 weeks, you will hopefully get approval by then.
