2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

I have successfully completed all the required steps in the GC processing and wanted to give a final update before signing off. I was waiting for my sons card and it finally arrived last weekend. He is 5 years old and since his finger printing was not taken it came separately. The card specifically says finger print not available. I checked with USCIS and my attorney, they said only kids over 14 years of age need to get the finger print. USCIS letter of approval had asked us to get his finger printing done but before we could do it they sent us the card. We need not go in for the finger printing any more.

For all who are waiting there, keep your hopes up and go on with your lives. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Wish you all GOOD LUCK. :)

quick question...can you check your 485 application packet to see whether you never sent all this info in first place and thats why they are requesting all this stuff now?

RFE address

Guyz,
I have recieved rfe last week and today I spoke with USCIS representative.
They mentioned that rfe require
EVL, last year tax returns.
They also said that rfe letter is mailed to my home address not to attorney.

Can someone whoever recieved RFE, please let me know the address where I485 documents need to be mailed. I have all the documents including EVL ready and do not want wait for the letter as details were specified to me by USCIS representative. This will save time as I have blocked my tickets to India.
Please post the address immeidately.
Immedite Help on the address is appreciated.

GCMental,
I'd suggest you wait until the RFE documents arrive. You never know what other documents are being required of you. Moreover, you might also be required to send the Notice of Action document along with the requested documents. Don't rush. Just my 2 cents.

ravikanth_b, kamineni99, GoneCrazyWithGC and any other who received RFE on I-485.... did you folks call USCIS to check the status of your I-485 after your FP?. Just wanted to make sure you didn't get RFE because of un-wanted calls to USCIS..

I received the emails stating my 485 has been approved and the card has been ordered. Here are my details:

FP Notice: 03/10, FP Scheduled:04/07 FP Done: 04/07
LUD: 04/08, 04/18 - FP Received, 04/28 - Approved.
I-485: AD- 04/28/05

Notice of Action document would be your RFE notice
