2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

FP done on 02/24/05

I had mine and spouse FP done on 02/24/05.
Tracker can be updated with this.

Is it okay not to have FP for 12 years old child or we are missing the FP for him?

My FP is for Silver Spring Maryland. Teh scheduled date is April 05. Is it okay for me to go in Saturday (02/26) and see if they will do the FP.
Gurus please help

12 year old need to play - not to stand in queue for FP! Your 12 year old will get card without stamping too.

No harm, give a try.I got mine done today which was scheduled for march 28 2005.
 
Biometrics VS Finger Prints

My FP notice scheduled for 03/01/05 says "Finger Printing" as heading, but in the para below the heading it says Biometrics. I heard that Finger print is a subset of biometrics. Is that true? What else will be done apart from finger printing. If there is anybody who got the Biometrics done in this forum, can throw some light on this.

Tracker update

Can someone update my details at displayed in my signature in the tracker.

Got RFE on AP on 26th Jan '05 and LUD changed for my 140,485 and 131 on 02/04, 02/07 but no change in msg while my RFE reply was pending. I replied to my RFE on 02/14/05, msg changed to RFE recived and LUD changed on 131 for me and my wife on 2/15,2/16,2/17 but no msg change.

Anyone in the same situation as mine.

I am in 7yr and it gets expire on July31 st, please any body let me know what does the the LUD changes means to my application.

Is it a RFE??

Please please gurus let me know i am little tenced.

Did you put in info of others since last update to tracker. If not, can you please delete your post to avoid confusion. One of the volunteers who know how to update the tracker will do it.
 
Has anyone received FP notices for VA/Arlington center yet? My 485 RD is ,May25, 2004. Would appreciate to get a response.

Early FP

Today I got my FP done at York, PA.

My FP is scheduled on 03/10 but I went today. Lady asked what are you for? I told for FP and gave my notice to her. She did not ask me a signle question. Gave a form filled out and no queue. Done ink finger print. I asked her I what time this will reach INS -VSC. Your data is in system and we will send papers on Monday, it will take about 2-3 days to reach VSC and they will scan in couple of days.

so, what you are saying is that we can try to go earlier than what the date on letter states. Please confirm

I got the letter earlier this week asking us to go on 3/31/2004. This is 1 month away....

My I140/485 ND is 5/11/04 and I did not receive any FP notice yet. It seems that not many people in VA / DC are getting these notices because the Arlington center is very busy (that is my conclusion)!

I-485 approved

My I-485 was approved today. ND is 03/24/2004, FP date was 01/19/2005, AD is 02/25/2005. I-140 in EB1-OR category was approved 01/25/2005 without RFE. Tracker is edited with my info. This forum was extremely useful for keeping track of "realtime" USCIS processing. Good luck to all! Just hang in there. Your approval will come soon.
