First of all thank for your initiative and for a great job at compiling this spreadsheeting and updating it frequently! Its truly a service to everyone on the forum and hopefully your efforts are rewarded by approval of your application at the earliest!
I have 2 suggested modifications especially in light of the recent retrogression of EB-3 category for certain countries:
1. Can you add a column (may be Col B) to capture the country of Birth of the applicant to give us an indication whether the applicant is subject to retrogression or not?
2. Can you make "Priority Date" of the application a separate column to give importance to this field so people provide this date?
What I am trying to get is a sense of how the implementation of retrogression is having an impact on the processing of applications? Are they really rushing through all the applications with Priority dates prior to Mar-02 (Priority dt current as of Mar-05 bulletin) and moving forward how is that date tracking?
In addition, are they approving 485 applications (ones filed prior to 12/31/04) even though the priority date might not be current?

Thanks Tiredofw8ing & FILE040505 for your updates. Then it seems that we are not alone. Hope we get our FP notices soon and 485 approval. I will definitely keep the forum updated about FP notice.tiredofw8ing said:

FP recieved yesterday.. Early FP done today..

No Questions asked. for early showup..took international airticket in case they asked..
spent 2 hours though, lot of people..
Electronic Process -- took 20 mins..
1) Biometrics - (right index finger + signature+ picture)
2) Fingerprints - a) both hands b) each finger c) right index finger again..
Note: Make sure you get both done in case they miss either one.

Aprill 2004 FP notice, but...
Dear friends! Just received our FP notices, for self and wife. FP ND is 02/14/2005. FP is scheduled for....today, 02/25/2005 8AM. Now is 02/25/2005 6:50PM. San Jose USCIS center is open tomorrow. I know that I'll have an answer tomorrow around 8 AM, but... does anybody has a positive experience going for FP at one day later? Please share your experience. Thanks a lot!

Finger print notice
Guyz i have taken my FP for my 10 fingers today.NO photograph,digital signature.
My notice says "Finger prints notification" on the top.
In the body of message it says "If you are unable to appear at this time,you may go on any following wednesday at the same time noted below,as long as you appear before 05/14.2005.If you do not have your biometrics taken by that date,your application will be considered abandoned".
At the local INS office,a lady has told me to fill up a form,and she has taken my FP notice,did my FP,gave me the form i filled with the stamp and signature,for future reference.
For my EAD i have my photograph taken straight,in september at port of entry they have taken my photograph and finger prints of index fingers.
My Question is they haven't taken my photo and digital signature,Do i need to get them done?
Those who are going tomorrow ,can you find out about the biometrics.

But Finger Prints in Northern Virginia are taken at Alexandria Office not at the regular Arlington/Merrifield Office...I am also from Northern Virginia area and didnt get FP Notice yet..Did any one beyond April/2004 Fiilers from Northern Virginia Area received Finger Print Notices..?
