LUD change to AOS (485 ) inspite of retrogression ?

Has anyone noticed any LUD changes to I145 (AOS ) inspite of being affected my retrogression ?

My PD is April 2003 but there was an LUD change to my spouses I1485 (AOS) application . Didn't get any email notification wrt this LUD. No LUD Change to my AOS (485) application.

The LUD change was on 2/21 which was a holiday - Presidents day !!

Any ideas what is going on ? Does it mean that my spouses case got picked up ?

Got Finger printing notice

We have the same situation I am also EB2 / Sub Labor.
I filed concurrently I140/485 and my ND is May 11, 2004 (exact same date as yours). So I am really interested in the progress of your case. Did the LUD on any of your I140 or 485 change?

My permanent address is in NJ but I am temporarily staying in CA on an assignment. My wife is pregnant and can't go to NJ for FP. All my correspondence is NJ. Can I take my FP in CA or it has to be in NJ (I have to reschedule for later date)? Advance thanks.

I too received FP Notice today. Scheduled on : 03/29/2005 at Newark,NJ. Somebody please update my info.

My 140 LUD changed on 2/21 too - I am quite sure USCIS was not working that day - some kind of an automated system that does things on its own will I suppose !!

I know this is not the right forum to post ...from last two days we have heavy activities regarding FP.....notices and issues...

What is my PD, How can I find?

The date when you file your Labor is your PD. Say I send LC documents on 14th April 03 and my labor is approved on 14th Sep 03.

Then my PD is 14th April 03

Your lawyer knows regarding this matter because he is the one who send the documents. If he is not sure then PD is mentioned on I-140 approval notice.

What if I cannot appear on the scheduled FP date?

I have the following message on my FP notice:

If you cannot appear on the scheduled date then you can appear the FOLLOWING Wednesdays at the same time upto 05/14/05. If you do not appear by mentioned dates then you application will be discarded.

Will I-485 LUD change prior to the FP notice? - NO

Who will get FP notice? Both you and your lawyer.

Many times servers are update midnights.....so you might have this message....

Itec, even if that is the case, mine updated on 2/21, Monday and 2/20 was a Sunday - people working on the Sunday of a long weekend ? Not so sure...

Biometrics notice received

My spouse and I received appointment for biometrics today. The notices are marked Feb 17th

EB1/concurrent
I140 RD 11/8/04 ND 11/9/04 AD 1/31/05
EAD AD self 2/16/05
EAD AD spouse 2/8/05
Biometrics ND 2/17/05, scheduled 4/1/05 (April Fool? ;) )
I485 ND 11/16/04 AD ???

Can anyone tell me what to expect in this biometrics schedule?

i have not got fp notice as well..but i am eb3 and pd is not current
But some people with similar status got it , it seems..
