No approvals or RFEs thus far.

Per uscis.gov, LUD for all of our documents is May 25,2004 except for spouse's 485 (LUD for which is May 21, 2004). Is this a cause for concern ?

My notice date is also May 20th. and same LUDs as yours on all the applications (I got my EAD approved on July 12th though, so have a different LUD on that).
May be we can share our developements. Keep me posted and I will keep you posted.

But USCIS returned a notice that my application didn't include the $70 fingerprint fee and I-485 is in suspense. Does this fee need to be included upfront? What impact would be on my case dates?

LUD changed

My LUD for EAD and AP has been changed twice to 7/16 and 7/19 with same old message. No change in my wife's status.

Hi,

I received e-mails from USCIS saying that"On July 14 th our I-140 is approved" and "I-485 application is moved to local office ".

Congrats Matt04... That is a fast approval..... Nice to see Feb cases process this early.

Looks like BCIS is indeed "distributing resources" by pushing some applications (485 I mean) to the local offices.

Congrats on your fast approval.Feb Cases now being worked on... thats good news.

Was your case filed at VSC or transferred from somewhere else? the reason i am asking is because your FP notice date is in May.VSC has not sent any notices for other cases from June '03 (except for transfer cases).
