I got mail on 08/11/2004 that EAD(Me & Spouse) got approved on 08/11/2004

labor approved for usa2003

usa2003 got his labor approved and i thought it would be nice if it would be in the excel sheet, usa2003 has posted 140 approval in main thread, following are the details

i am assuming his ND to be 02/15/04 for the "#of days for approval" calculation. What/where is the main thread that GC4ever mentioned in his post? thanks to both GC4ever and bodhal singh for the prompt response.

Switch over to EAD from H1

My H1 is going to expire soon. I am planning to work on EAD. Could you guys, please help me with procedure/steps that need to be followed inorder to become EAD based worker.
1) Let us say If its going to expire by end of this month (31-AUG-2004), Is it enough to file I-9 for with HR on 1st of september?
2) Do i need to inform this to INS and/or Homeland security?
3) Is there any other places/persons need to be notified?

I have already crossed my fingers, Bodhal.


Its interesting the way VSC is working on Cases.If you note from the Tracker you have four Guys in Sequential Bunch and in the order of therir Filings Dates(unfinished_biz,Boston77,sippi1974 and myself) whose cases have not been touched and then you have the next 4 (divsan,Narla,Perico, and Bodhal Singh) who have been approved.It seems like they have given different Case Bunch's to different case officers and one is working super efficient wile the other has probably gone to india to see how the Government Babus work there!!!!!!

Seems like the guy who handles EB2 cases went to India and decided to stay there forever without informing his bosses here. Something he learned from Indian babus there. Now, EB2 folks are suffering.
