Tracker Update and 140/485 Approval

Tracker Updated with info of GCMental, yahoo, kalse_2000, ravikanth_b, chhatisgarhi, msd_gc, ukgc, utkarsh and MYSELF.

Congrats to all.

I cannot believe that today my 485 and 140 are both approved.
Also 485 approved for my children but pending for my spouse as her FP is due in May 2005.

Note: I did not get any email for my 485 approval but got emails for approvals for my children and 140. USCIS website shows my 485 approved.!!

Presently I am travelling in Austria for one week for project meetings. Hope going back should be ok. I never applied for EAD or AP and am on H1 visa.

Thanks God and wish that everyone see the GOLDEN MESSAGE ASAP.

Magic & Luck - I-485 Approval

This is too unreal -- I was asking today about possibilty of I-485 approval while abroad and entering with H1-B visa.

And assur predicted "You are next lucky one, get ready.." At 7:03 pm EST, two emails came with the approval. It is exciting yet spooky.

I sincerely wish everyone the best and quickest processing. IP has been great and thanks for everyone's support and help. I definitely will stick around and looking forward to hearing your good news.
 
I-485 approved!!!!!!

Finally my I-485 got approved today at 6.45pm. I was browsing through the forum and I saw soooooo many approvals. So went back to the USCIS website to check if there was a change!!Was shocked to see that my LUD had changed to 4/29..Was a little worried to check, but finally did and saw the good news..My wife's has not been approved yet!

Congrats to all the others who got their approvals today..Definitely a good day for all of us..I think its like a batch job!!I still can't digest the info!This forum is just an unbelievable source for information..Will keep you guys posted of my wife's approval.
 
Assur, Itec, JK and others, do you see any chance of approval of my i485 by May 20?

I am totally impressed with your ability to predict approvals! I am wondering how you get this magic sense. Assur, how did you come up with the bold prediction that "upandwaiting is the next lucky one", which was verified a few hours later? Could you please predict if I can get my case approved by 05/20/2005? I will be traveling outside of US late May.

Here are the details of my case:

Concurrent I-140 and I-485 RD: 09/08/04 (EB-1B)

I-140 AD: 02/08/05

FP ND 02/16 Done: 02/26 (Code 3)

I-485 LUDs: 02/28, 03/01, 03/07, 03/08 (FP received message), nothing thereafter.
 
I485 approved but still no change in I140

Im not able to enjoy I485 as it still shows my I140 as pending.. :confused:

Based on their analysis can the experts predict my approval?
All the events like PD, FP, ND etc. qualify for approval but no news yet. Daily I see my email and no luck yet. Although the dates have not passed, I see many others after my ND getting approved.
There are very few people subscribed in this forum that got approved who filed around the dates(May 2004).

Thanks for the reply. Looks like LSAspirant got approved already according to his other post in this thread. Lets see what happens. Also his ND is June 2004 which is 1 month after mine.

Well guess what....USCIS chose the very same day to approve my 485 when I had to whine about the uncertainity of it. :p
Yes my 485 got approved on April 29th :) and I received the email at 4pm with the following message:
"This case has been approved. On April 29, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, ....."

And at 11 pm in the night I got another email from USCIS and CRIS that:
"On April 29, 2005, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."

Well I guess I have almost reached the end of my journey here.

Hats off to duggli1's theory....they really are working according to the FP dates.

Hang on guys....there really is light at the end of the tunnel.

Congratulations to all the approvals today and yest (there were quite a few!!)

What is the patterns VSC is operating ... the Excel spreadhseet shows so many people who have applied earlier (Jan/Feb/.../June 2004) but VSC is approving people applied in Octoer 2004.

Waht are they looking at - the Priority dates or something else ?

You are on track and seems like ready for adjustication means that fprecived , name check completed ,VIsa petition approved . You will get in max of 2 weeks from now
