2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

No lud change

Hey guys

there has been no lud change since the FP message on 30th march. I am kinda worried.

What is happening??? Please guide!

Well, it depends on your needs and I-485 approval notice.
If your 485 approval notice asks you to go CIS for pp stamping, then you MUST go and get pp stamping.

If your 485 aproval notice mentions that '... Card orderderd for you.. will take 120 days.....' then you can wait for your card OR if you wanna travel out-of-US, then get infopass appnt (ADIT processing) and get pp stamped with the convincing reason , ' I'm planning to travel out-of-US before card arrival in expected time frame and i need temp evidence of LPR ...'

To have a peace of mind, if you don't receive card in 60 days... get pp stamped..

First of all congrats to the newly approved.

Was browsing Rupnet and learnt that there are couple of approval with the priority date > Apr 2002.

Could someone throw some light into this.

If that is the case will my case is any where near. Fill in some hope people.

You have all LUDs correctly posted to your 485, why are you worried? Enjoy your time - Of course, you are on EB2, you should receive and approval anytime soon.
 
EAD Renewal....Pictures

Folks,
Does anyone know what kind of pictures are they accepting now a days, the Straight on ones or the ones with at an angle with the ear showing?? Please let me know...thx

I got Emails from USCIS today on my I-140 and Spouse's 485.

Have to wait till laywer get the RFE. I hope there is nothing serious.

MD stands for Mailing Date.
RD stands for Receive Date
ND stands for Notice Date
AD stands for Approval Date
LUD stands for Last Updated Date

I-130 approval

After many years of pending I-130 (October 2000), it was approved on March 31, 2005.

My question is - does the approval of I-130 affect anything at all on I-485 concurrently filed with I-140?

Anyone has any idea? Thanks in advance.

I-485 Approval Notice

Hi, All Enthusiastic Participants of this superb forum,
I haven't been actively writing in this forum but I just wanted to share the latest news on my application.
I did my FP in Philly on 3/9/05 and after 4 LUD changes the latest message(the 5th message) read as follows:
On April 4, 2005, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.
For some reason, the system skipped the 'Approval Notice' message and went right into saying that '... a new card was ordered...'. Isn't that funny?
maybe they were as anxious as i was to notify the status on my app... :rolleyes:
I got so much morale support from this forum and hope that everyone who is waiting for their approval will get theirs as soon as possible.
I know there are some of you in similar situation especially in Philly/SoNJ area, so feel free to post any questions.
I might be able to share my experience or knowledge.
I jotted down below all the notice dates. Hope this helps.
I will update the forum when I actually get my GC card in the mail.
