same situation here i140 and i485 rd nov22,2004, FP scheduled march 18 2005 but its done on maarch 9 2005, i assume they tried to to make a litlle harder like RFE (somekindsof pilot program testing or random RFE testing which is targeting the filers dated nov 22,2004 to dec 3, 2004.) well i assume they implement this game before wiliiam yates's memo comeout(about avoidance of unneccassary RFE and Denials).so some of us got RFE for ability to pay mostly and.etc.(look at the pattern at the the trackers).However i think after the yates' memo in circulation,they supposed to posptpone their original game of RFE, if we have done our FP and and one week or two have passed aand no RFE for i 140 i am sure its gonnabe approval for i140 and i 485, some guys unfortunate still got RFE oneweek after FP, but the rest i think its ok we pass the RFE as mostly we'd done the FP and aafter 1 or 2 weeks still no RFE, taakeit easy dont worry

I guess this is what the guys are refering to. This 3rd it will be > 120 days since my application. I hope to hear something positive. Good luck to all.

Keep your fingers crossed....

I see heavy movement in 485 approvals in coming weeks...if we have two to three more approvals this week then game will be over for pending cases we will see chain reaction in 485 approvals like FP.

My labor was approved from a different state than my present work location. I'm paying the tax for that particular state and not my current state. Is this a problem with my I-140. Does this generally generate a RFE??

My labor was also approved after a RFE. I was not on payroll at the time of my labor approval.

Any ideas are appreciated.

I have a question regarding my i140/i485:
Applied on OCT 6 th 2004.
Received I485/765 Receipts.

EAD got approved on OCT 22.
FP done on 03/24/2005.
My comapany still did not received I140 receipt and they called NSC regarding I140 receipt and Representative told them that they don't have I140 (searched on my Last name) info on their system.My company faxed a letter by attaching copy of LC and Copy of I140 app to the VSC.FAX#802-527-4816.
Any body in this forum had this problem? I think i am in trouble now. I don't know what is going to happen.

For EB2 I have seen activities (485 approvals) for the cases filed in April/May 2004. You might have to wait little longer.

Whe you say April/May 2004 does PD plays role in approval for EB2?
My PD is May 2002 but 485 ND/RD is of Nov 2004...

My FP is scheduled for 3rd week of April and 140 approved in Dec/2004..

In other words does it goes by only (RD) or (RD and PD) or only (PD)...
