Thanks MVUSA for the good wishes. I deeply sympathize with you all EB3 filers. It just doesn't make sense. USCIS is in a big mess (TSC particularly), and they're responding to their fault by stopping EB3 approvals altogether! It seems like there is no justice in this so-called land of law and order when it comes to immigration processing. Let us all pray that there is an end to this insanity.

My PD is Mar 2003, I-140 approved in Dec-2004 waiting for I-485. My first labor was filed in May/June 2001 was remanded to state and had to file a new one after 2 years of waiting.

Emotions can kill or help in looking for alternataves.

Hi Everyone,

Me and my wife's 485 got approved on 6/16/05, I am posting this to encourage you all that there is still time (until June 30th), I thought I had to wait after October but got approved. So please have faith and pray to God. God may change anything, anytime. Anyway, I am praying for your approvals.
Below is my info.

I-140 & I-485: ND: 11/2003 (Concurrently)
I-140 AD: 02/2005
I-485 RFE: 05/2005
RFE SENT: 6/03/05
RFE ACKNOWLEDGED: 6/09/05
I-485 Approval: 6/17/05

Truly blessed and fortunate to be one of the last ones approved before the frozen months of excrutiating anxienty begin.... I wish I could walk in your shoes. I'm praying very faithfuly too, but I know that my time is not always God's time, so I must keep hope and beg for tranquility if I don't get to qualify the few number left.
 
any one know how to tell TSC to schd the FP.
My first FP was Dec 2003. It expired, any one know how to init the 2nd FP?

Friends,

I too in the same boat, there are atleast 10 -15 applicants who filed Oct, Nov -2003, pending for approval from VSC.

God knows why the delay is, The reason is due to FBI clearence.

I wish you all speedy approvals of all the pending cases

Folks,
i am also in the same boat. My I140 got approved much before the
I-140 processing time at the time so i was happy. But I-485 seems not
moving. I checked FBI name check. it is cleared in Janof 04. Not sure
why still stuck. It may be due to my case is a transfer case. My lawyer
filed it in CA instead of Texas so it got transferred to texas. I hope i don't have to suffer for the mistake of stupid experienced lawyer who filed it even CA even after i checked with him shouldn't we file in texas?

you can email to
FBINNCP@ic.fbi.gov,
requesting for information on name check, if USCIS requested to them and if they have responded for the same.
Provide your Full Name, Alien Number, date of birth and email so that they
can respond back. Usually they take long time like 2-4 months.

My friends called me a 'lucky' guy when my 140 was approved, but now I know how unlucky I am! TSC sucks....

Hi guys!
I did not know anything about the name check thing either. Got very worried about some postings here and decided to call USCIS and ask about that. The lady that I spoke to did have no clue what I meant with name check!!!!!!!!

Recently the status has been changed to "an approval or registration has ... ". While I had hoped that this means APPROVAL, my attorney told me that she just received a letter stating that FP2 is going to be required.
