Assuming that there really is a location working on Apr-Oct 2003 cases, one might speculate that this same location will start with Nov 2003 cases once those are done (apparently by March 2005) but this might depend on how many older cases remain.

FWIW, we've also started to see some 2004 approvals at the VSC (many of these apparently concurrent approvals per the FO memo).

Am I right that you aren't currently in the tracker? For someone to add you, they'll need your EB catagory.

Also, it depends on how we want to use the tracker, but if we continue to mainly add entries for approved cases, the tracker will start to show a much higher % of approvals than it should because we won't have a representative sample...

From where I stand, the 435 cases that we currently have are a good sample so there's really not much value in adding additional cases (especially if we only add approvals).

Mine is also filed under EB3 only.

My Lawyer filed my I140 in EB2 but i got a RFE on this bcaz my Labor is approved under EB3 , then we changed the case to EB3 .
 
Done early FP on 10/28/

I received my First FP notice on 10/25/2004, printed on 10/20/2004.
Done early FP on 10/28/2004 at Seattle (Tukwila, old office).

just got the sweet email saying 485 approved for myself and spouse.

please udpate my info in tracker. I am listed as casio

Thanks to all in this forum. I know many of us have been here for 3 -4 yrs going thru this pain and wait.

LUD for FP advice!

Folks:
I got my FP notice around mid Sept 04, for an actual date for Mid Oct 04 - I got my FP done early on 9/25/04 checked with FBI twice they did send in the results same day back to the INS.

Its been 2 months no change in LUD for FP reciept.

Should I personally visit the center where I gave the FP, would this help? :confused:

Has anybody been in this situation or can shed some light would be great. :confused:

By mistake i thought myself and spouse I485 got approved bcaz the Online site generated 2 emails of the same type but only my I485 got approved .The LUD changed with mine for couple of times before they approve mine and her status message is same as before.

Is it a common a situation not to get approved together?..
Did this happen to any one before?.. if so what is the general wait time.

I wouldn't worry about it -- the LUD / status message often don't change after you do FP. Many people have gone on to get their approval anyway.

This is very common -- the cases are sometimes processed as if they were completely separate. Assuming you are the primary, she should be approved eventually but this can take anywhere from a couple days to several months.

The USCIS usually sends duplicate emails for some reason btw...

Added approval info for immijunkie (ND: 06/13/03 AD: 11/22/04). Came across his approval on rupnet...

Also updated based in latest information from JustWatching for:

A big thanks to JustWatching for tracking down this stuff...

We now have 103 completed (approved / transferred) cases in the tracker out of 435 cases which we are tracking:

% COMPLETED (OUT OF CASES WITH FP AND I-140 DATES GIVEN...) 54.8%
% COMPLETED (OUT OF CASES WITH FP DATE GIVEN...) 48.1%
% COMPLETED (OUT OF CASES WITH I-140 APPROVAL DATE GIVEN...) 32.8%
% COMPLETED (OUT OF ALL CASES) 23.7%

(There are probably other approved/transferred cases in the list -- it's inevitable that some people aren't going to post their approval / transfer information so the above numbers are probably somewhat on the pessimistic side).
